Total Quality Control is the most important inspection control of all in cases where, despite statistical quality control techniques or quality improvements implemented, sales decrease. We have our own quality control specified by world wide standard regulations and customers’ preferences. This is a very important issue as safety becomes more and more standard for electric products all over the world. We control on location prior packing and shipping. We provide control and testing confirm CE (Europe), UL (USA), BS (England).

 Standard controls:

► Hi-pot test (A Hipot test, also called a Dielectric Withstand Test, checks for good isolation of cable, transformer, plugs, switches, fittings)
► Moisture test (testing the allowed moisture percentage in different products, such as wood, ceramic, iron)
► CE test (control all CE requested standards)

 Customers requirement controls:

► Design and shaping control (confirm costumers design with technical and drawing sheets)
► Torque test (testing the breaking point and failures on the maximum circumstances)
► Strain relief test (testing on what angle percentage the product will fell or hang over)
► Inclination test (testing on what angle percentage the product will fell or hang over)
► Packing resistance test (testing the impact while dropping packing for lcl or fcl*)
► Certification of origin control (control the authentic of documents and origin of work and raw materials)
